Greetings to you! I commonly go by the name Diz. This journal exists as a way to describe somethings about what I do and what to know in better detail than what you see under my deviantID.

Firstly, any sort of journals I make that are status updates are put in my journal portal. That's so you can see this journal here on the front page. Anyone watching me and has the Journal & Polls marker checked can get notified of the journals I make there, also know that this journal can and has been reuploaded a few times so that it's on my front page.

Anyways, I joined DeviantArt for the sole purpose of being a part of the Touhou community, but I partake in the WalfasStationWagon mostly the in the Discord of the group, but I'm active on the dA side for the group too.

I am currently in college until the middle of June, so come the end of college I cannot promise I will post more, but expect very little from me outside of the occasional Town Haul journal post.

As for what I do, in tandem with Paint.NET for editing purposes, I make comics and single panel stuff using create.swf, a.k.a. Walfas. The program itself boils down to a tool for the multimedia purpose of creating content. I used this flash program to create my author avatar, which was build from the Touhou characters' presets program, you can see it by going on into create.swf and going under Toys, then the Clone Capsule, then double-click that object and input this DNA string in the text box:

Then just go in the Capsules options, also by double-clicking the object, and hit Eject. There you will see my author avatar in which I use in Walfas with as many times as I can get away with.

I'm fine with the use of my author avatar in small things, like relevant comics, brief cameos, and other small deals. For those you don't need to ask permission, but try mentioning me by copying any of these into your description since I like to keep track of what I'm in:

However, in the event that the Walfas or other project in question in a big series, group collaboration, or substantial story-driven work; do please first ask for my permission to use my character. I'd highly appreciate being told first to avoid anything potential misuse of my character. It's really just in case; plus, I would be happy to work with someone more than anything to make big appearances work best.

In regards to why this is; I have plans to someday give my author avatar meaningful stories and develop him, but I haven't done so as I'm not a confident writer. All plans will be in the works and on indefinite hiatus, so I'll bring the updates as they come. For now he's just a avatar of myself in which I use to represent myself.
